The connecting screws are are capped with balls which are a nice detail in line with the rounded theme.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eBoth, the wooden table top as well as the floating lower shelf, are unadorned and coated in black lacquer providing a distinctly minimalist contrast to the the chromed frame.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe table is in in very good stable condition with only small signs in line with its age and use including some very minor dents on the wooden parts and slight patina on the frame - to be expected after nearly 100 years of use.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWhile there are no maker's marks or labels, both the wood and screws used suggest this table was made in the early 20th century.
