XL Floor Lamp by Hustadt Leuchten, Studio Ceramic, 70s, Mid-Century, Vintage, Brutalist, Fat Lava

Thanks to its clear lines and natural materials this lamp has a timeless appeal that transcends the decades and allows it to seamlessly blend in with most home decor styles, from slick contemporary urban settings, to more traditional, rustic homes. 

This brutalist lamp was made in Germany in the 1970s by Hustadt Leuchten (manufacturer's label still attached) and is in top condition with barely any signs of its age and use. It comes with its original wiring and is operated by a foot switch allowing you to choose different settings for the 3 light bulbs.

From the thick contoured glaze, so typical for West-German Studio Pottery and often associated with the fat Lava style, to the elongated fabric lampshade, this very large floor lamp encapsulates the mid-century modern aesthetic!
