Bell-Shaped Pencil Reed Pendant Light, In The Style of Vivai Del Sud, Italy, 1960s

This pencil reed pendant lamp suspended on a brass chain is most reminiscent of the works of the famed Italian design house Vivai Del Sud and probably hails from Italy in the 1970s.

Tightly wrapped, the thin rattan reeds are complemented by a brass crown and canopy, giving this light fixture a bohemian mid-century modern aesthetic.

The light is in very good condition and currently wired for European voltage and light bulbs.

Well proportioned and with an organic look and feel, this pendant light will add a touch Italian sprezzatura to its new home!
