Ebert Wels Folding Chair, UK 1960's, In The Style Of Hans J. Wegner's Rope Chair PP-512
This foldable chair by English designer Ebert Wels from the 1960s is an affordable alternative to Hans Wegner's iconic Rope Chair PP-512 from 1949 - a true mid-century modern classic.
Sturdy, yet comfortable and functional, this chair is in great original condition with the ropes still intact and tight. The chair folds easily and can be hung from a wall when storing away. The rope structure has been expertly braided and crafted to create harmonious blend of avantgarde and craftsmanship.
With the seat only being some 33 cm (13 in) from the ground this chair works well as a lounge or deck chair and would make for a great seating option on a small balcony or in your pool area.
