This table most likely hails from France in the 1970s and is most reminiscent of the works of the Parisian furniture maker Maison Jansen - considered to be the first truly global design firm.

The table frame is in good, stable condition with some minor signs of its use and age and the brass has maintained its shine over the years. The original smoked glass top is chipped in 2 corners as documented in the photos but can be easily replaced locally.

Well proportioned and compact in size, this table will add a touch of understated Hollywood Regency elegance to its new home.
