Well proportioned and perfectly balanced (literally and figuratively) this set of two sconces impresses with understated Mid-Century Modern elegance. 

Set on a brass flush mount frames and holding two opal glass globes each, this pair was designed by the celebrated German artist and designer Eva Renée Nele and made by Temde in Switzerland in the 1960s. 

The wall lights are in great condition with only very minor signs of their age and the original label / sticker "TEMDE Model 1804" is still attached on the inside of one of the sconces.

Thanks to their reduced, timeless design these sconces will fit well with most home decor settings!
