Set of 4 nesting tables designed by Gianfranco Frattini for Cassina Italy produced late 60s (Model 783)

With its clean matt black finish this 1960's design classic stands the test of time thanks to it's sleek,  minimalist design!

This set of 4 coffee tables out of the Cassina nesting table collection was designed by Gianfranco Frattini and manufactured with great attention to detail from black lacquered wood with a reversible Formica table tops in black and slightly off-white. 
 
One leg still has the original "Cassina" sticker attached on the inside. 

The tables are in good stable condition with some signs of their age and use. On one of the tables the lacquer seems to have been touched up in some places over its lifetime and the table top on the same table shows a chip on the the edge of the white surface and there are some scuff marks on the frame. 

This is a great example of Italian design showcasing timeless elegance!
