Tulip Foot Lounge or Side Table In The Style Of Saarinen - Germany, 1960s

This elegant tulip side table hails from Germany in the late 1960s, early 1970s, and was most likely produced by WKW – Wattenheimer Kunststoffwerke Frey + Roth

The design closely relates to the iconic tulip tables popularized by Eero Saarinen, featuring a sculptural white lacquered cast-aluminum base. The stem and foot are cast as one single piece, giving the table notable weight and excellent stability—an increasingly rare construction detail among comparable designs of the period.

The table retains its original wooden tabletop and is in very good vintage condition, with only minor surface wear consistent with age and careful use.
