Description:

This beautiful high quality white enameled metal valet stand with brass, leather and Lucite accents was made by the VEREINIGTE WERKSTÄTTEN MÜNCHEN, GERMANY around 1965 and has quite some weight to it.

The design of this coat stand resembles very much the works of CESARE LACCA, ITALY who created a matching side table with the same materials and color combination.

This cool gentleman´s (or gentleperson's) valet stand impresses with its modernist style and includes a brass bowl for cufflinks / belt, a Lucite coat hanger and a pants hanger made from brass and leather leather. It combines the look of a modern sculpture with a useful daily object, great design at it´s best.

Cleaned with love, this fabulous piece is in very good to excellent original vintage condition, despite its age. It is an upgrade for any midcentury modern interior.
