This pendant light hails from Germany in the 1950s / 1960s and adds an exquisite touch of natural elegance to any dining or living space! While not confirmed, the delicate craftsmanship and striking design of this hanging lamp are most reminiscent of the designs of the late Munich-based designer Ingo Maurer.

Woven from the fibers of the raffia palm tree, six overlapping fans are arranged around three bamboo rings supported by six strip-wood bridges. A transparent hand blown bullicante Murano glass-shade (controlled bubble glass) diffuses the glow of a single E27 screw bulb.

A natural fiber rope cable with an adjustable knot completes the textured Boho look of this light fixture.

Overall in good condition, the woven raffia on one fan is slightly cracked (as documented in the photos).
